What is IRC?
IRC-International reply coupon.It is like a currency which can be use to buy stamps for postage
For example:
You are live in Romania,You like to receive a post from Belize-but you havent belize stamps.Is it possible to receive a post from belize???
Yesss.you can use IRC to receive a post from wish country without anyone help

STEP1:
Buy IRC
List of countries selling IRC

If your country doest selling IRC,you can use other countries IRCs
IRC is mostly available at capital of the countries or main city postoffices or in some countries like canada you can get via postal order

STEP2:
Make a cover/letter/postcard which you like to receive back with your wish country stamps and postmark

STEP3:
Write a letter separately to use IRC for postage
International reply coupons (IRC) are exchangeable in all member countries(192) for the minimum postage of a priority item or an unregistered airmail letter sent to a foreign country.

STEP4:
Lets send the IRC with the letter and cover/postcard which you like to receive return in envelope to respective country postoffice/friend...

when the postoffice/your friend receive your mail,they will use IRC for get stamps to for postage and send you

Restrictions on exchanging coupons from other countries

If you receive International Reply Coupons from a colleague in another country and want to exchange them, keep the following restrictions in mind:
  • Coupons can only be exchanged for postage.
  • Coupons cannot be used for remittance.
  • No more than 100 international reply coupons can be exchanged per day at the same location.**
